Requirements
- Active Washington State dental assistant license required
- Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a clinical orthodontic environment
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and chairside skills
Nice To Haves
- Ability to travel to Yakima when needed (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist with orthodontic procedures including braces, adjustments, and appliances
- Provide efficient chairside support in a busy orthodontic setting
- Prepare operatories and maintain clinical readiness
- Take X-rays, photos, and digital records as needed
- Support patient comfort and education
- Jump in seamlessly to support coverage needs
