About The Position

SMX is seeking OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst SME to conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts. Requirements

  • Required Clearance: TS/SCI
  • Minimum of 8 years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community
  • Minimum of 3 years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction
  • Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology
  • Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources)
  • Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
  • Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above
  • Must be willing to deploy as needed and have a valid US passport

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources
  • Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates
  • Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments
