Requirements

10+ years of experience in OSP fiber optic networks
Advanced fiber splicing and fiber optic testing experience
Experience supervising fiber splicing crews or telecom field teams
Knowledge of fiber enclosures, OTDR testing, and fiber documentation
Experience in telecom construction or fiber network deployment
