About The Position

abra professional services is seeking for an OT Infrastructure and Information Systems Specialist.
As part of the IT team responsible for infrastructure and OT network environments, you will be involved in planning, implementation, and maintenance of computing, cybersecurity, and communication solutions.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in IT infrastructure domains within a large manufacturing/production environment (networking, cybersecurity, systems, and endpoint operating systems).
• At least 3 years of experience working with PLC environments, industrial communication protocols, and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Experience with PLC systems including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Unitronics.
• Experience with System Platform and Cimplicity systems.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in OT infrastructure design and onboarding of industrial equipment into OT networks.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Initiative, independence, and the ability to lead projects under tight timelines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and document tasks effectively.
• Excellent teamwork skills in a multi-interface environment.
• Passion for the field, strong work ethic, and high motivation – mandatory.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with real-time industrial and control protocols (OT), such as ProfiNet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and BACnet.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects across company production sites to address cybersecurity gaps and enhance IT/OT infrastructure.
• Support and accompany projects involving the integration of new equipment and production lines.
• Provide ongoing support to plant stakeholders and on-site contacts.
