Our established private practice in Gaithersburg is seeking a dedicated and professional team member to join our patient-centered ENT clinic. Requirements

• Previous experience in an ENT or surgical subspecialty is preferred, but we value a quick learner with strong clinical fundamentals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex medical information for patient understanding.
• A grounded, empathetic approach to patient care and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Reliable proximity to our Gaithersburg office and a commitment to serving the Montgomery County community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in comprehensive ENT examinations, including nasal endoscopy, ear cleanings, and minor in-office procedures.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, pre-operative instructions, and post-operative care with clarity and professionalism.
• Manage patient flow and clinical documentation within our EMR system to ensure a seamless office experience.
• Work closely with our physicians and audiologists to provide integrated care for complex sinus, hearing, and throat disorders.
