About The Position
BathWorks of Michigan, the nation’s fastest growing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer specializing in one day bathroom remodeling, is hiring motivated individuals to join our Call Center team. In this role, you will connect with homeowners who have already shown interest in improving their bathrooms and schedule their in home design consultation with our sales team. This is a performance driven role where success is measured by conversations and appointments set.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
- Competitive, goal driven mindset
- Reliable, organized, and coachable
- Available for a consistent weekly schedule: Wednesday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM and Saturday–Sunday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Must reside locally and be able to commute to our Byron Center office
- Hybrid opportunity available after training and consistent performance
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to homeowners who have requested information about a bath or shower remodel
- Build interest and qualify homeowners for a design consultation
- Schedule in home appointments for our sales team
- Confidently guide conversations and overcome objections
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly appointment goals
