About The Position

As an Outbound Marketing Specialist, you’ll create personalized offers and book unforgettable Las Vegas trips for mid-level gaming guests. You'll build strong relationships, deliver top-tier service, and help drive loyalty by curating elevated guest experiences.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related customer service role
• Sales-minded professional with strong cold calling, CRM, and guest recovery skills
• Experience in marketing, call centers, or casino sales with a focus on relationship building and revenue generation

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outbound marketing campaigns via email and phone to drive Las Vegas bookings
• Create targeted, engaging content using CRM insights
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to promote offers and generate interest
• Build and maintain personalized customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Qualify new leads and encourage repeat bookings
• Optimize use of promotions and reinvestment strategies for cost efficiency
• Stay up to date on outbound marketing trends and tools to improve performance
