About The Position

Outbound Product Manager, Parallels Desktop, B2B Focus Parallels has an immediate vacancy for this role. Push the boundaries of tech. In your sweatpants. We’re looking for an experienced Outbound Product Manager to help us change the way the world works, with Parallels [https://www.parallels.com/]: anytime, anywhere, any-device productivity. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on wearing multiple hats and delivering direct impact. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that blends solution engineering, technical marketing, and field enablement. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Support, and Sales to ensure Parallels Desktop Enterprise Edition delivers what the market needs — and that the market clearly understands what Parallels Desktop delivers. The top creative and technical minds could work anywhere. So why are so many of them choosing Corel? Here are three reasons: 1. This is the moment. It’s an exciting time at Corel, with strong leadership, a refreshed brand, and a whole new approach to changing the way the world works. We’re at the forefront of a movement, and we want you to ride this wave with us. 2. We want you to be you. Too often, companies tell you about their culture and then expect you to fit it. Our culture is built from the people who work here. We want you to feel safe to be who you are, take risks, and show us what you’ve got. 3. It’s your world. We know you have a life. We want to be part of it, but not all of it. At Corel, we’re serious about empowering people to work when, how, and where they want. Couch? Sweatpants? Cool with us. We believe that happy employees mean happy customers. That’s why we hire amazing people and get out of their way. Sound good so far? Awesome. Let’s talk more about the Outbound Product Manager role and see if we’re destined to be together.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management, technical marketing, technical support, IT management or solutions architecture.
  • Experience with on-device and/or server virtualization (Parallels Desktop, VMware, Citrix, etc.).
  • Experience with device management (Jamf Pro, Intune)
  • Familiarity with modern identity management practices (Entra ID, Okta)
  • Experience creating videos, solution briefs, technical guides, and demo setups.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in customer and partner calls as a Solution Architect, Systems Engineer, and Technical Support partner. Understand requirements, demo relevant product capabilities, assist with setup and documentation, and determine if a solution should be scaled across the user base.
  • Capture and route field insights to the Product team and contribute directly to the discovery board for roadmap consideration.
  • Work directly with Product Management to shape and refine roadmap strategy based on customer feedback, market needs, and hands-on testing.
  • Help Marketing teams understand the customer, the value, the product: explain features, prepare video demos, provide and review material for campaigns and motions.
  • Stay current and sharp on Mac and Windows management (Jamf, Intune), security teams (identity, policies, RBAC), and adjacent tools. Maintain personal labs, evaluate new solutions, and produce technical content or thought leadership relevant to Parallels users.
  • Support Sales, Sales Engineers, and Support teams with training on new features, rollout updates, technical clarifications, and enablement materials.
  • Review documentation and product behavior for accuracy, clarity, and real-world applicability — and work with Tech Writers and Product/UX to address gaps.
  • Be available and visible to the Parallels user and admin community — whether on Slack, forums, or other channels — sharing insights and surfacing problems and ideas.
