About The Position

The Outbound Sales Coordinator is responsible for promoting eClinicalWorks products and services to potential clients. The Outbound Sales Coordinator makes calls to potential customers from lead lists, the CRM database and other leads received to help book product demonstrations of the eCW Electronic Health Records system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Ability to make 50+ calls/day
  • Bachelor's Degree requirement may be waived with a minimum of 2 years of successful lead generation experience
  • Ability to think analytically and create new initiatives/campaigns from the ground up
  • Professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
  • Proficiency using Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and a CRM Tool
  • Strong ability to foster meaningful business relationships
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Ability to present creative methods in generating and maintaining new business

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation: establish contact via phone and email to physician practices with the goal to schedule demonstrations of eClinicalWorks Industry leading Electronic Health Record Software.
  • Execute sales campaigns to target audience.
  • Work collaboratively in team environment to Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Work with cross-functional teams when required.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up when needed.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate team within eCW.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
