The Account Development Representative (ADR) is responsible for the development of new business with both new and existing accounts through a consultative, solution-development approach and disciplined project management. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining profitable business-to-business relationships on behalf of the company, promptly responding to all business leads and inquiries, and maximizing sales potential with existing customers. The ADR is responsible for proactive involvement in the business community, networking groups, and related events as a strategic component of the overall center sales development plan.
