We are looking for an Outdoor Hospitality & Maintenance Pro to help keep our town looking like a postcard and feeling like a home. You aren’t just a "cleaning person"—you are a Town Ambassador on the front lines of making sure everyone (human and canine alike) has a great day.

Requirements

• An Outdoorsy Soul: You’d much rather be outside than stuck behind a desk.
• Early Bird or Sun Seeker: You enjoy the rhythm of the day and staying active.
• Friendly & Helpful: You have a "service with a smile" attitude and don't mind a bit of chit-chat.
• Detail-Oriented: You notice the small stuff that others might miss.
• Handy-ish: You know which end of a paintbrush to hold and aren't afraid to get your hands a little dirty.

Nice To Haves

• Valid NC Driver's License a plus

Responsibilities

• Keeping walkways debris-free and sparkling.
• Keeping our dog stations stocked and sanitized.
• Quickly erasing unwanted "art" and touching up paint to keep things looking fresh.
• Answering guest questions like, "Where’s the best coffee?" or "How do I get to the park?"
• Handling other light maintenance duties as they pop up
