About The Position

Prime Pest Solutions is seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative to help expand our customer base through direct, face-to-face interaction with homeowners. In this role, you will canvass neighborhoods, educate homeowners about pest prevention, and offer solutions through our pest control service plans. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy an active work environment, have strong communication skills, and are motivated by performance-based earnings. Compensation: Base pay plus commission. High-performing representatives have significant earning potential based on sales performance. Schedule: Flexible schedule with work primarily occurring during afternoons, evenings, and some weekends.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners and working outdoors
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable transportation to reach designated neighborhoods
Ability to walk for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods
Willingness to learn and apply sales techniques provided during training

Responsibilities

Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage directly with homeowners

Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach when interacting with the public
