In this highly visible leadership role, you support the direction of Food & Beverage operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You lead by example, motivating teams through a strong commitment to genuine hospitality, service excellence, and Five -Star standards. You oversee daily outlet operations, including floor leadership, station assignments, opening and closing procedures, and operational reporting. Acting as a key liaison between front and back of house, you manage service flow, timing, and execution to ensure seamless guest experiences. You oversee beverage operations and inventory control while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the outlet. You play an active role in team development through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professionalism. You ensure consistent adherence to safety, quality, attendance, and appearance standards. Additionally, you support the financial performance of the outlet by driving revenue, managing labor efficiency, and controlling expenses. You build strong cross -departmental relationships, resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, and consistently uphold the organization’s vision, values, and service culture.
