About The Position

Looking for a Full-Time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to work closely with our medical providers. This role focuses on initial patient exams, follow-up visits, diagnosis documentation, and ongoing plans of care.
Training is provided for trigger point and joint injections. This is an outpatient setting with strong support and structured onboarding.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Active APRN license in Connecticut
• Board certified (ANCC or AANP)
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care and management
• Willing to cover 5 facilities: Hartford and Waterbury (primary sites, 1–2 days/week) Enfield (about once per week) New Britain & Manchester (about once per month)

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and re-evaluations
• Record medical histories and symptoms
• Create and update patient care plans
• Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Diagnose health conditions and musculoskeletal injuries
• Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with providers and care teams
• Perform trigger point and joint injections (training provided)
