POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for timely and effective scheduling of patients for multiple offices and modalities Demonstrate an understanding of modalities offered at site location and hours of operations Modalities include Mammography, Bone Density, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, and Nuclear Medicine Direct patient and referring physician contact and accountable for always representing the practice in a pleasant and professional manner Working in a call center environment

Requirements

• Experience with scheduling and/or medical billing application preferred
• Excellent dictation, communication skills, and telephone manner

Nice To Haves

• Good understanding of ICD coding preferred
• Knowledge of medical insurance preferred

Responsibilities
