About The Position

We are seeking a passionate, licensed part-time outpatient therapist who is ready to provide high-quality, culturally responsive care within a growing, justice-aligned wellness organization. Position Overview As a Part-Time Outpatient Therapist, you will: Maintain a caseload (16–20 hours/week) Provide trauma-informed individual and group psychotherapy Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Monitor and evaluate client progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards Participate in clinical supervision and team consultation Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure continuity of care Utilize practice management and telehealth platforms effectively About Wellness Meets World Wellness Meets World is a culturally responsive, advocacy-driven mental health and wellness organization committed to closing systemic gaps in care. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Active NJ licensure (LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • Trauma-informed foundation
  • Strong ethical judgment and case conceptualization skills
  • Availability for daytime and evening and/or weekend sessions
