Your Role in Our Mission As an Outpatient Therapist you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s) which will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. You may provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process. Requirements
- A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required. LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A); Dual licensure preferred LCAS (A)
- Experience in Substance Use services preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
Responsibilities
