As the Outreach Benefit Coordinator, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone to generate and qualify leads, with a focus on promote our home healthcare services. As a vital member of our sales team, you will engage with prospective clients, educate them about the benefits of our services, and schedule appointments for further consultation. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarking, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating leads through phone-based outreach.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand prospect needs and concerns effectively.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with prospects to foster trust and credibility.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and overcome challenges to achieve sales objectives.
  • Understanding of healthcare services and offerings, including home healthcare, medical equipment or related services.
  • Knowledge of United Energy Workers Healthcare’s products and services, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with their value proposition to prospects.
  • Proficiency using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage prospect information, track interactions, and schedule appointments.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales team members, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, sales strategies, and market conditions.
  • Resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation in high-volume outbound sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and texts to potential clients to generate leads and qualify prospects for our home healthcare services.
  • Engage with prospects in a professional and courteous manner, providing information about our services and answering any questions they may have.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of United Energy Workers Healthcare to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits of our services.
  • Listen attentively to prospect needs and concerns, and identify opportunities to address them through our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, including notes on conversations and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for further consultation with qualified prospects.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations to better position United Energy Workers Healthcare in the marketplace.
  • Continuously improve all sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all sales activities.
  • Assisting the Outreach Benefit Advisor in entering data into the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and appointments.
  • Collaborating with team members to help plan successful outreach trips, including coordinating logistics, scheduling appointments, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Taking initiative to schedule follow-up appointments with prospective patients to ensure continuity of communication and engagement throughout the sales process.
  • Providing support to the sales team as needed, including assisting with administrative tasks, conducting research, and participating in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and activities.
