About The Position

POSITION: Outreach Coordinator (KRCC - Restore Hope)
WORKSITE: Kentucky River Community Care; Breathitt County, Knott County, Letcher County, Perry County, Leslie County, Wolfe County.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular Full-Time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Behavioral Science/Human Services or related filed.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record throughout employment as driving is required

Nice To Haves

• One year relevant experience working with the designated consumer population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day collaboration between project partners.
• Engage youth population and assure referrals flow with minimal barriers.
• Conduct outreach to individuals, link clients with necessary services.
• Facilitate community outreach events and training.
• Attend RIAC, FAIR teams, SIT teams, court, and other outreach activities to promote Restore Hope services and increase referrals and community engagement partnership and collaboration
