About The Position

DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative who will sell Electronic Security Equipment in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. As a Security Integrator, the company offers the following general product categories: Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Parking Revenue Systems, ID Badge Systems, Intercoms/Emergency Phones, and Parking Control/Turnstiles.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts is preferred but not required
  • Strong desire and ability to learn and compete in the security integration industry
  • Technical aptitude to work with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Parking Revenue, Electrified Hardware, and other disciplines of electronic security is essential
  • Must possess valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to create detailed estimates and include product vendors and cabling subcontractors where applicable
  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
  • Must be an aggressive hunter skilled in generating leads and developing new business
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of electronic security equipment and services
  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Las Vegas and surrounding areas
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned
