About The Position
What You’ll Do Meet sales goals by creating and converting new leads into long term business partnerships Prospect in your assigned area each day Help and support current customers Keep customer information up to date in the company’s CRM system Learn our products so you can explain them clearly and suggest the right options for customers Path to Success Hands on sales training in Charlotte, NC your first week CRM and product training to build your skills Continuous coaching and feedback from peers and management to elevate your confidence
Requirements
- Positive and coachable attitude who wants to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills and comfortable talking with people
- Set goals, works hard, and achieves them
- Reliable, dependable, and follows through
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and remains calm under pressure
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience
- Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings
- Valid driver’s license
