About The Position
Maintaining the outside of the facility by mowing the grass, trimming trees, emptying garbage, raking leaves, and snow removal.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds, as needed.
- Ability to work efficiently and repetitively with hands and have physical strength, stamina and coordination to perform outside grounds work.
- Proper and safe use of gas powered lawn mowers, trimmers and blowers.
- Self-Motivated, responsible and requires minimal direction.
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Capable of following direction and working independently.
Responsibilities
- Trim sidewalks and curbs using a gas powered trimmer.
- Blow off walks and curbs with gas powered blowers.
- Operate self-propelled mowers as needed.
- Pull weeds as needed in landscaping areas.
- Empty outside trash cans.
- Paint pipe bollards, gas pipe and storm drains as needed.
- Shovel mulch as needed around trees and landscaping areas.
- Wash Company vehicles as directed.
