About The Position

Carmel Country is seeking an Outside Operations Manager to assist in the leadership of the daily golf experience. This position plays a critical role in shaping first impressions, setting service standards, and delivering a polished, effortless experience for our members and their guests—every single day. This individual will be one of five managers on the Carmel Outside Operations Team. The ideal candidate is a visible leader, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.

Requirements

Prior experience managing outside golf operations at a private or high-end daily-fee facility preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Hospitality-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they escalate
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Lead all outside golf operations including bag drop, cart staging, practice facilities, starting during shifts.
Serve as a welcoming, visible presence to members and guests
Establish and uphold elevated service standards that reflect the club’s culture and expectations
Ensure carts, practice areas, and outside facilities are immaculately maintained
Enforce safety standards, course etiquette, and club policies with professionalism and tact
Partner with Golf Professional staff to execute tournaments, member events, and daily play
