About The Position
The Outside Operations Attendant will assist the Golf Professional(s) with providing exceptional service to all resort guests. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction of all customers. This role supports daily golf operations by ensuring facilities, equipment, and guest areas are organized, clean, and prepared to deliver a seamless guest experience. This is a seasonal position and will end in late October or early November. Where soul-stirring golf meets the spirit of the American West. Rodeo Dunes is a public golf resort developed by Michael Keiser, owner of Sand Valley Resort. Set on over 4,000 acres of towering sand dunes reminiscent of the southwest coast of Ireland, Rodeo Dunes is set to become a world-class golf destination. Two course routings are complete â one by the acclaimed duo of Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, and the other marking the solo debut of longtime C&C associate, Jimmy Craig. With a rollicking, sandy dunescape, welcoming Western hospitality, and inspiring long views of the Rocky Mountains, Rodeo Dunes will introduce guests to a historic - but new to many - region of Colorado. Rodeo Dunes is located less than an hour from Denver and Denver International Airport, and just a short drive from the Fort Collins and Colorado Springs areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties with minimal supervision
- Can work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
Nice To Haves
- Completed or enrolled in a 2- or 4-year degree program in Professional Golf Management, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- One year of customer service experience in the golf or hospitality industry is preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests onto the property while providing world-class service
- Shuttle golfers, bags, and caddies to and from the first tee
- Greet golfers returning from the course, clean golf clubs, and assist with transporting and loading into vehicles
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces/storage areas at all times
- Assist in the operation of tournaments, outings, and events
- Provide excellent customer services, professional advice and assistance to all guests
- Ensure all Rodeo Dunes policies and procedures are being followed at all times
- Perform other duties as requested by the Head Golf Professional
