This is an independent contractor, commission‑only opportunity with no set hours , no reporting requirements beyond basic deal updates, and no mandatory daily canvassing. Requirements

• Strong existing relationships in commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, Property Management, or related fields

• Must pass Background Check, Drug Screen, and Driver’s License verification
• Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor
