About The Position

Southern Roofing and Renovations in Frankfort, KY is ready to add an ambitious and communicative leader to our team as a full-time Outside Sales Manager! This business development position directly oversees field reps, motivates and coaches them, and builds profitable connections to ensure our company meets goals and revenue targets. Our Outside Sales Manager earns base pay and commission for an earning potential of $100,000+ per year! We'll also provide you with a monthly vehicle reimbursement and terrific benefits like: Health, dental, and vision insurance HSA/FSA PTO Employee assistance program Growth opportunities Life Insurance 401(k) with company match This business development position works between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership/management role
  • Experience with B2C/D2D selling
  • Ability to work in our office and out in the field with the team

Responsibilities

  • Working in our office and out in the field to forge new connections, drive revenue growth, and support business development
  • Leading a driven sales team and coaching them in the best strategies and techniques for closing deals
  • Setting quotas for your team in alignment with company goals and motivating reps to meet their targets
  • Maintaining a high-performing and high-achieving culture
  • Tracking performance metrics and generating reports using analytics tools
  • Creating partnerships and strengthening connections with construction- and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and industry professionals
