America’s Auto Auction (AAA) is growing, and we are looking for an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys being in the field, developing new business, and building long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience with a strong track record of results
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and cold calling in the field
  • Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with prospects and existing customers
  • Conduct daily customer calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat clients
  • Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities to grow market share
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and customer accounts
  • Achieve established territory goals and sales quotas
  • Present and sell the company’s services to customers within your territor
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
