This is a face-to-face, outside sales role — no desk job here! Youll be out meeting business owners and managers, introducing our staffing services, and building lasting relationships. After you win a new client, youll also manage the account and make sure theyre happy with our service. No sales experience? No problem. Well train you. Requirements

• A bubbly, outgoing personality — people love talking to you
• Tons of energy, confidence, and persistence
• No sales experience required — just a willingness to learn and work hard
• Resilience — you can handle rejection and keep moving forward
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation (youll be out and about every day)

Responsibilities

• Go out into the community to meet businesses and share our staffing solutions
• Build rapport with new people daily and turn conversations into clients
• Manage the accounts you bring in to ensure great service and retention
• Work independently, stay organized, and keep your pipeline full
• Represent our brand with positivity and enthusiasm at all times
