Our Outside Service Sales Technicians are the face of our brand—knowledgeable, confident, and ready to bring top-tier plumbing solutions straight to our customers’ doors. As a technician, you’ll roll up in a company-provided van, decked out in your snazzy Fluid Dynamics uniform, ready to meet customers, assess their needs, present clear solutions, and—when it’s a good fit—handle the plumbing work too. This role is perfect for someone who loves to solve problems, build trust, and maximize their earning potential. Requirements

• 2+ year of plumbing experience required
• 3–5 years in sales, customer service, or construction-related work preferred
• Strong communication and people skills—you know how to build trust and close the deal
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record
• California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license required (or willingness to obtain)
• Tech-savvy enough to navigate CRMs and mobile tools with ease
• Comfortable crawling, lifting, bending, and being physically active throughout the workday
• Fluency in English is required to ensure effective communication and job safety.

Nice To Haves

• C-36 License is a plus
• Additional languages such as Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, or Hindi are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home service appointments with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Assess plumbing issues, present solutions to educate homeowners, using our proven In-home system.
• Perform repairs or installations as needed during the appointment
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Meet weekly sales goals and attend weekly sales meetings
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, because you represent the best of Fluid Dynamics
• Use ServiceTitan CRM to track leads, follow up on quotes, and manage your day
