About The Position

Outside Sales Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities Qualify potential leads and distribute prospects to the sales team Support marketing planning and strategy execution, including documenting campaign results Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and communicate updates to the sales team Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues as they arise Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales teams Assist engineers with design, prototyping, assembly, and fabrication of new and existing products Visit farm sites to inspect customer equipment and develop repair or service plans Occasionally perform equipment repairs at customer job sites Support operations across a territory covering Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, Arkansas, and others Position is remote, with 6–12 months of training required in Fargo Outside Sales Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities Ability to communicate company information professionally and positively to prospective clients Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional composure Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to change Experience working with diverse customers and environments Technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Comfortable using computers and digital tools for various tasks Proactive, hardworking, and capable of handling uncertainty and taking initiative Physically capable of lifting at least 40 lbs Willingness and ability to travel 40–60% of the time Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional character Farming or mechanical background or experience in the farming industry preferred
