As an Arbor-Nomics outside sales rep, you will manage sales for to care of turf, ornamental trees, and shrubs on homeowner properties of potential Abor-Nomics customers. After your visits, you will follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and / or text message. Daily tasks include customer relationship building and nurturing current client accounts.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Sales experience preferred, but no industry experience necessary.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Must be able to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Must have experience with basic operations of cell phones and Microsoft office.

  • Candidates may be asked to work some Saturdays.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Valid Car Insurance
  • Use of Siro, an AI-powered sales tool that provides real-time insights and helps them focus on what matters most - building relationships and closing deals; use of this technology is a required part of the role.
