The Guest Services Attendant plays a key role in delivering an outstanding golf experience in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to multitask, stay organized under pressure, and provide excellent customer service while supporting daily golf operations.
Requirements
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy operations
- Physically capable of lifting golf bags (40–50 lbs)
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly during high traffic periods
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Thrive in an outdoor environment with constant guest interaction
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy while working under time pressure
Nice To Haves
- Golf knowledge preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist golfers promptly during busy peak times
- Manage bag drop, bag storage, and quick turnaround of golf bags
- Clean, stage, and rotate golf carts efficiently to meet continuous demand
- Support starters and marshals to keep play moving smoothly
- Maintain practice facilities while managing multiple tasks at once
- Respond quickly to guest needs, questions, and requests
- Assist with tournaments and high-volume events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas at all times
