About The Position

The Candlewood Suites Carrollton is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This overnight position plays a key role in providing excellent guest service, maintaining hotel operations during overnight hours, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Requirements

  • Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or a related field
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience
  • Experience handling guest concerns or resolving issues calmly
  • Familiarity with PMS or reservation systems

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and assist with overnight check-in and check-out
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and inquiries professionally
  • Process payments, deposits, and refunds in accordance with hotel policies
  • Maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS)
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Promote hotel services and upgrades when appropriate
  • Follow all safety and security procedures during overnight hours
  • Monitor hotel activity and report any concerns to management
