What you’ll do:The Brass Tacks Responsible for ensuring the building is a safe and secure environment at all times. Maintains a close working relationship with the police and alarm monitoring services Ensures proper building safety and security measures are always followed Maintains up to date information of events, both current and future, occurring in the city and county Answers the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner within three rings Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly desk at all times Responds to all guest’s requests in an expeditious manner The Nitty Gritty Two years related experience and/or training Valid PSID (Private Security Identification Number) Possess excellent verbal and people skills The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Don’t meet every single requirement? Requirements

• Two years related experience and/or training
• Valid PSID (Private Security Identification Number)
• Possess excellent verbal and people skills
• The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
