About The Position

You’ll work closely with our field teams to make informed decisions and provide tailored insurance solutions. This role doesn’t include production goals, so you can focus on delivering quality service and impactful decisions.

Requirements

A strong understanding of property and casualty insurance.
The ability to evaluate risks and make informed decisions.
Great communication skills to collaborate with field teams and explain your decisions clearly.
A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in every evaluation.
A commitment to delivering excellent service to clients.
Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years experience in Property and Casulty insurance

Decide whether to accept, modify, or decline insurance applications based on your evaluations.
Gather insights from field teams to make well-rounded decisions.
