Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Perform a final inspection of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, including packaging integrity and labeling accuracy. · Assemble, fill, seal, and label packaging materials for final distribution, following company guidelines and customer requirements. · Palletize finished goods accurately and securely, ensuring products are organized and prepared for shipping. · Conduct accurate counts and documentation of finished goods for inventory tracking and batch records. · Maintain cleanliness and organization in the final pack-out area, ensuring compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). · Operate and monitor packaging equipment as needed, ensuring proper functionality and addressing minor issues. · Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production schedules and quality goals. · Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly. · Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment. · Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management. Physical Demands and Work Environment: · Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and arms to handle or operate tools and equipment. · Frequently required to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. · Perform repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching, and gripping in a fast-paced environment. · Work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures. · Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Minimum Qualifications: · High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. · Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is preferred. · Ability to follow detailed instructions, batch records, and labels in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus). · Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy. · Basic math and documentation skills for counting and recording finished goods. Work Environment: This role operates in a dietary supplement production facility with strict adherence to quality and safety standards. The schedule may include shifts, weekends, and overtime to meet production demands.
