Requirements

Must be able to meet the physical requirements to perform tasks (lifting, pulling, bending, etc)
work in hot or cold environments (weather)
be able to work at elevated heights
operate a forklift and other forms of mobile equipment
must have a valid driver’s license and have a dependable form of transportation
ability to read and understand safety procedures and work instructions
ability to perform basic computer functions, etc.
High School diploma or GED
Working in a manufacturing environment
ability to operate mobile equipment
basic fundamentals of comprehension (reading, computer literacy, etc)
meet physical demand (labor intense)

Responsibilities

Fills packaged materials in 50# up to 2000# bags, stacks bags, prepares material for shipment to customer, loads and unloads trucks with forklift, etc.
Follows direction of the Letohatchee supervisor.
Participates in all OE activities including 5s, SS, Gemba, TPM, kaizen, etc.
Available for OT, shift work, varying work schedule, etc.
