About The Position

As a Packaging Technician I, you'll be at the heart of our production process — pulling components from inventory, assembling kits and sub-assemblies, and ensuring every product is accurately labeled and documented before it leaves our hands. You'll work from quality system documents including kit packaging diagrams, maintain process orders in our ERP system, and assist with inventory as needed. No two days are identical; cross-training across different product finishing areas means you'll continually build new skills and stay engaged with the work. This is a role where your attention to detail, organizational instincts, and reliability make a real difference — and where showing up with a positive, team-first attitude is just as valued as technical execution.
