Monday - Saturday: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Here are some of the great benefits that we offer: Competitive pay Company paid health and dental benefits Paid vacation 401K Plan with company match Opportunity for career stability and growth Tuition reimbursement program Responsibilities Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling operations and sorting Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations Perform related duties as required by supervision Ensures bundle measurements are accurate Must be able to handle both large pieces and small pieces of aluminum extrusions Use hands for simple and power grasping as well as push/pull and fine manipulation Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisor or manager This position works in a manufacturing environment in all weather conditions Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, changing work environment Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions Bend, twist, climb, squat, kneel throughout shift and be able to work in extreme heat or cold conditions Guide full rack (pushed by Forklift) Assist with Extrusion transfer (30 lbs. max assisted lift) Remove spacers Visually inspect, straighten/align Extrusions Pack extrusions with shrink wrap Lift bundled extrusions (100 lbs. max assisted lift) Other duties as assigned Qualifications 6 months to one year of experience in a fast-paced environment Accurately uses and understands measuring tape Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division Perform basic visual quality inspections on products Maintain the production pace of other team members Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties Able to work weekends and overtime Be willing to work in a manufacturing environment The pay scale for this position is $20.00 to $22.25. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Requirements

  • 6 months to one year of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurately uses and understands measuring tape
  • Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization
  • Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
