Position Summary : This position includes, but is not limited to, the continuous checking of proper labeling and dating of product on the final pack side of production.

Requirements

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Ability and willingness to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level minimum of 20 pounds frequently.
Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid hand and eye coordination to move product on a conveyor and/or other processing equipment.
Ability and willingness to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently.
Ability and willingness to stand/walk/climb/bend for up to 10 hours.
Ability and willingness to work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 35 degrees.

Responsibilities

Box #1 product, within proper weight constraints, while sorting out leakers and non-number 1 product.
Stack boxes of product weighing up to 30 pounds, 7 rows high, onto a pallet when the auto-palletizer is down.
Load and operate label machines.
Setup and tear down all machines, labels, and code dates.
Clean machines at the end of the shift.
Execute proper procedures for collection and processing tests.
Fill box machines.
Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
Comply with all sanitation related requirements.
Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions
Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.
Perform any other work as assigned by management.
