Requirements

Must have previous packing experience
Ability to lift 40 lbs; continuously
Integrity - Reliability, Responsibility and Accountability
Working knowledge of the English language, both oral and written
Ability to perform work in a safe manner
Ability to keep a clean and neat workstation (6S)
Must have high attention-to-detail and strong vision and hearing
Ability to perform repeated physical tasks
Ability to stand for 8 - 10 hours a day
Skilled in active listening and following directions
Good communication skills

Responsibilities

Use Bagging machine to bag product for shipment in high volume, small quantities of small parts/components
Accurately count components to ship per daily work orders
Bag components using a machine, heat seal plastic bags and print labels
Act as a fill-in within assembly as required
