Packing Lead - D Shift
About The Position

What you’ll do: You will be trained as a Packer Operator, and part of a team. You will develop a working knowledge and troubleshooting skill set for equipment, while gaining responsibility for the Packing operation of thermal transfer printing ribbons to specifications to prepare for storage and shipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of one-year applicable machine operation experience, mechanical aptitude required
- Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures, specs and follow instructions
- Views quality as a personal responsibility; fixes quality problems immediately and strives to prevent reoccurrences Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
