About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to join our growth marketing team and take ownership of our paid media channels. This role is ideal for someone who loves building campaigns, testing creative, and optimizing performance. Reporting to the Customer Growth & Community Lead, you'll be responsible for managing paid advertising from concept to execution across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. You'll play a direct role in implementing full funnel campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth. This is a role built for someone who enjoys doing the work, testing ideas, and driving measurable results.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Ability to independently execute campaigns end-to-end
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
  • A team player, ready to cross-collaborate
  • Ability to write at a high level in the English language
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience owning paid media channels end-to-end, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Must be comfortable working around knives and knife-related products.

Nice To Haves

  • E-commerce or DTC experience preferred
  • A passion for the outdoors and/or the EDC and knife industry

Responsibilities

  • Implement end-to-end campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization
  • Conduct A/B tests and applying best practices for creative assets, ad placements, and product page elements
  • Outline and produce ad creative, including copy, landing pages, imagery, and short-form video as needed
  • Analyze and create reports that show paid media results, share clear insights, and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with sales and brand teams to align media initiatives with broader business and marketing goals
  • Stay current on retailer media platforms, industry trends, and e-commerce best practices
