About The Position

Booyah Advertising is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Search Coordinator to join our team full-time. In this role, you will contribute to the execution, monitoring, and optimization of media campaigns for a diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include budget management, creative and audience optimization, bid strategy optimization, reporting, and analysis. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in paid search strategy, ad copywriting, account structure, and more. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including trend analysis, pivot tables, and XLOOKUPs.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong ability to learn and adapt to new software tools for monitoring and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills—please include the phrase “purple pine” at the top of your resume to be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience using data visualization platforms like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or DOMO.
  • Prior experience working in a team-oriented, professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of paid search campaigns.
  • Build, organize and manage Google campaigns including Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen account structures, including keyword, audience, and creative selection.
  • Write compelling ad copy to drive campaign performance.
  • Verify campaign launches and implement ongoing optimizations.
  • Aggregate and quality-check data from multiple sources for accurate reporting in Looker Studio and Excel.
  • Collaborate with Search Managers, Strategists, and Directors to implement campaign changes such as bid adjustments, targeting updates, and creative edits.
  • Maintain timely communication with account teams to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external media vendors to support strategic insights.
  • Research industry trends and create insightful presentations, graphs, and reports.
  • Learn and utilize tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, and GoDataFeed.
  • Provide additional support to Booyah Strategists and Managers to ensure campaign success.
