About the role: Anthropic is seeking a Paid Social, Brand Campaigns lead to serve as the primary point of contact for our major brand campaign initiatives. You'll be the operational engine behind large-scale campaigns, orchestrating efforts across internal teams, creative partners, and agency relationships to bring ambitious brand moments to life. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and execution. You'll work closely with the Creative, MarTech/Analytics, Data Science, Finance, and external agency teams to execute 3-4 mini brand campaigns and 2 large tentpole moments annually. As we scale, you'll help build and test always-on learning campaigns that generate continuous audience insights between major launches. You'll own both the internal stakeholder relationships and the external agency partnerships that make these campaigns successful, ensuring seamless coordination from creative development through post-campaign analysis. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that requires someone who can balance strategic sophistication with operational excellence. You'll need to move quickly on campaign execution while building the systems, playbooks, and relationships that establish institutional knowledge for long-term success. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities, and brings both the brand sensibility and performance rigor needed to drive measurable business impact.
