We’d love to have you join us on our journey! The Paid Social Specialist is responsible for creating and managing all internal paid social media marketing campaigns. This individual will work with our stores to build social media strategies as well as manage the administering of shared pixels and catalogs with third-party partnerships.

- Facebook Business Manager experience
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Set up and manage paid social ads for Facebook, Instagram and other potential platforms
- Research and create specific audiences for more granular targeting in each ad set
- Monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by analyzing performance data, forming hypothesis and testing new approaches.
- Establish workflow for new ad insertions through project management software
- Identify high- and low-performing stores based on established KPI’s
- Provide store-specific reporting on an established frequency or on request
- Assist in the development and automation of scorecard reporting
- Setup new pixels and catalogs for new accounts
- Administration of Facebook Business manager assets
