About The Position

Quanex is looking for a Paint Line Operator 2nd Shift to join our team in
Chatsworth, IL.

The primary function of the Paint Line Operator is to work as part of a team in
painting a variety of profiles in a quick, efficient manner, striving to meet or
exceed customer expectations in all areas including quality.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform basic math skills
• Must be able to read and utilize a tape measure.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Display a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading raw material on the paint conveyor line
• Count and bundle material
• Perform visual quality inspections of parts and address issues/areas of improvement.
