About The Position

Arconic is currently in search of a Paint Technician to join our Kawneer Business in Cranberry Township, PA. 1st Shift Monday - Friday (Overtime possible, including weekends) $22.02 Responsibilities We are looking for a Paint Tech for our paint department. This role will be critical in our production of our aluminum sticks which will be used primarily for our commercial windows. Paint is applied via an automated process so this position will be to set up the equipment and monitor the work including but not limited to: -Function as an onloader/backup crane operator, booth maintenance, and/or paint kitchen -Train other paint employees. -Confined space, EPA, OSHA, DOT certified/training provided -Maintain accurate inventory -Perform chemical titration independenly -Identify defects. -Use JDE to onload/offload, and scrap metal -Perform all quality checks as required -Perform TPM/AM as required. -Use hand tools and other required equipment. -Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other departments as related to production. - Participate in and able to lead daily L1 meetings. -All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1 year manufacturing experience
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
