Sunbelt Home Solutions—a leading exterior remodeling company based in St. Petersburg, FL—is expanding our subcontractor network and looking for experienced paint crews who want steady, year-round work. We are actively assigning projects in Orlando, The Villages, and surrounding areas, and are looking for crews who can consistently service that territory. If you deliver high-quality work and want consistent, year-round jobs, this is a strong opportunity for your business. Requirements
- Ability to travel regularly and complete jobs consistently in Orlando to The Villages, FL
- Willing to pick up Product in St. Pete once a week
- Must own and operate your own LLC or registered business entity
- Must carry all required insurance before being scheduled for any jobs: Workers’ Compensation coverage (exemptions are not accepted) Auto Insurance General Liability Insurance
- Attend a mandatory certification class in St. Pete, FL (Sunbelt-sponsored)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely outdoors and on ladders/scaffolding
- Reliable transportation and professional demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Lead certification is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Prep surfaces: pressure wash, patch, sand, mask, and prime
- Apply Texcote® Coolwall® using proper spray/brush/roll techniques
- Ensure consistent finish, texture, and color
- Maintain safe, clean job sites
- Complete quality checks and final walkthroughs
