About The Position

As a Panel Wiring and Electrical Assembly expert, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical panels for our industrial machines. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that the electrical components are properly installed and connected to meet the required specifications. This is a crucial role in our production process, as any errors or malfunctions can lead to delays and affect the overall quality of our machines.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in panel wiring and electrical assembly for industrial machines.
Strong understanding of electrical principles and wiring techniques.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
Familiarity with various electrical components and their functions.
Ability to use hand and power tools to assemble and wire panels.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines related to electrical work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand the electrical requirements for each machine.
Assemble and wire electrical panels according to the specifications provided by the engineering team.
Install and connect electrical components such as switches, relays, sensors, and motors.
Test and troubleshoot electrical panels to ensure they are functioning properly.
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve any electrical issues.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Keep accurate records of all wiring and assembly work done.
